My stay at the hotel was amazing and one of the best I've experienced. The rooms were spacious, very good, and had a separate study, living room, and an additional half bath. The lobby services were excellent, and having a restaurant, car hire onsite, as well as access to the mall without going outside in the heat/humidity, made everything so convenient. The pool, gym, and spa services were fine.
Being a Titanium Elite member, the hotel's rooms were very spacious and clean, but the TV was small and the bathroom a bit dark. The location is excellent as it is connected to a modern shopping mall, offering convenience for various activities. The dining experience was at a high standard but not exceptional, while the service provided by the team, especially the duty manager, was very nice and helpful.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spotlessly clean and excellent. However, the proximity to the shopping center below could be a bit noisy at times. Overall, my stay was pleasant and welcoming.
My 48-hour stopover at the hotel under the Discover Qatar promotion for Qatar Airways passengers was a mix of comfort and slight inconvenience. The rooms, although a bit tired, were ultimately very comfortable and clean. However, there were initial issues with room readiness and type. The service stood out as efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful, especially the front-line staff. The location between the North & South Towers was convenient and offered easy access to a nearby mall. The dining experience, like the buffet at Crossroad Kitchen, was good, though not outstanding. The facilities were satisfactory, providing the needed amenities during my stay.
